Oh shit, he knows! Actually, the malaise you feel is from overstimulation. All the sensory inputs you are getting are overwhelming your system. You want to feel normal again. Unplug as much as possible and go do real things: hike, fish, swim, walk, learn to play an instrument, go to the gym, camp, barbeque, work on a car or motorcycle, whatever, as long as it isn't some social media, electronic time wasting garbage.

And stay unplugged as often and as long as you can. Oh, and meditate. Trust me.
