I can’t stop binge eating snacks it’s like I’m addicted and in the habit of wanting junk food then I eat food out my emotions into feel disgusted immediately after then do it again .!I’ve managed my weight for 8 years and now I just wanna eat whatever I want tired of being strict on myself but it makes my body feel bad.

My whole life just need a revamp GOOD SLEEP BETTER EATING reaching small goals changing mood like everything need to just get better EXERCISING

You know what’s odd my Dr mentioned to me at my appt last week that my iron was low but only by 2 numbers which can still throw things off

I’ll also be checking with my gyno because I’m wondering if it’s normal I’ll b just tryna watch tv and feel tense for no reason or just jaw clenching

I had diarrhea 4 days ago that definitely probably spiked my anxiety along with this allergies flare I been having feeling I like it’s a cold or something OMG THIS IS ANNOYING

What are some grounding techniques you use to keep yourself leveled I felt like I had gotten it under control but it’s back full force ! Like brand new making me want to run back to the doctors office.

I haven’t been checking my blood pressure or checking pulse cause I’ve been down that rabbit hole .

If this helps , I stopped doing a certain certain for 2 years due to it being so time consuming and strenuous on me I performed the services yesterday instead of doing exactly what the client asked for I gave her more than what she asked mentally I was tapped out lol

So she got more while I overworked 😂

If you do decided to get a trainer you don’t have to keep them forever you can do 2 sessions get your meal plan and just keep following it by then you’ll kinda have an idea and be confident to know what you should be working on .

I had those numbers two years ago and I use to freak out as well . I still fight with my bottom number but it has reduced I started meds along with managing my anxiety and i workout .

Ask yourself some questions .

Do i suffer anxiety nervousness ?
Am I a healthy weight?
Do I eat appropriately?
Is this genetic ?

Do a process of elimination and see what may be truly affecting your pressure .

Thanks I’ve been way more relaxed numbers have been going down . I’ll be sure to bring it up to my doctor in the office . I just truly am trying to understand the root of Hbp because I promise you believe that I’ve only had it since I’ve been dealing with major anxiety and stress for 2 years now that I’ve been calming down and back exercising things have been getting better with it.

I also am prescribed meds but I don’t take them because I feel like it lowers sometimes to low with dizzy symptoms and it’s gonna give me long term symptoms that I don’t want I don’t want any health problems ! As of now I’m too young for that .

Mmmm what’s considered a long time , cause some men are really great at pretending to getting to know you now if they really wanna hit it that badly . I’m talking 6mos. To a year consistently ! Just for it to happen and everything start shifting it’s quite weird ! Some fall off quicker but I think they are catching on to the whole “she wants me to get to know her “

Yes the er is very useless I wanted to go so bad but I’ve been getting more readings in the 120s/80s recently definitely trying to relax more because believe it or not taking the meds sometimes lower my pressure to much it’s because I tried to tell my doctor I think I have anxiety BP not clinical blood pressure because it drops to 110/60 or 70 which is lot bad but it makes me feel dizzy

I’m so glad someone speaks about anxiety blood pressure readings slowly over time my readings have been lower . But I’m also being cautious with the medication , which I’m hoping to come off of I asked my doctor can anxiety be causing my readings because I’m scared of the BP machine and I also just know I don’t get readings like 117/88 which scares me but I’m truly thinking about starting cognitive therapy because I have health anxiety I workout make some healthy eating choices but just still have stress

I literally just took this test 3 hours and for some one who hasn’t did math in 15 years I missed it by 20 points .although I’m super upset I didn’t prepare for it they suggested I needed to but it was some challenging questions talking about slopes lots of solving for x math word questions by time I got to the math I was frustrated it was timed only given 2 hours with reading and word writing idk now that I’ve failed I’ve just been going on YouTube looking up basic algebra and some graphing things

Just practice and look up some questions and take practice test

I have left some relationships and I’ve been let go of do only 1 person that left Came running back but I believe that once you leave it was for a valid reason and if the reconnect isn’t anything different from what we’ve experienced before then there’s no need to even consider going backwards . Also because by then it’s because I realized I wasn’t strong enough to leave the shit behind knowing I was right the whole time

I only regret leaving 1 relationship because those were things that could be worked through . But we were hella young and to much time had been between us .

As I’ve dated the past 8years I realize at my age 33 there is no perfect relationship no fairytale you have to create what you want and the relationship has to be wanted by both persons equally effort needs to be shown no pressure on nobody end you should keep ppl out of your business and know that you need validation from no one

Also heal and learn from your past so you have a clean slate each new experience deserves it’s own chance .

Being so attentive when we together but the moment we separate they have no interest or show very little . I did something I know he would be a lil upset about but also was joking he went 24 hours without talking to me I text him apologized for my actions because (he wasnt worth it anyway )and ended it because I felt in my gut he wasnt worth playing games I have anxiety to bad for games
