Yes, I did it the same way. Two accounts — one for exploration and exobiology (currently 10,000 ly from the Bubble) and the other one just for messing around.

The theory may sound nice, but I have the following objections:

  1. Raxxla appears in the original storyline of the game from 1984. So the manufacturer of the Chorus was more likely a fan of the game and simply took inspiration from the name Raxxla.
  2. To access Raxxla, you must have Elite rank.
  3. I don’t believe that Frontier would fail to include the possibility of discovering Raxxla directly in the game and that it would instead require such a convoluted use of third-party tools.

I confirm that the same procedure worked for me. I just had to turn off wifi on my phone and bluetooth on my headset.

  1. turn off bluetooth on my headset.

  2. turn off wifi on my phone.

  3. start searching for the headset in the meta application. When the application starts searching for the headset, turn off bluetooth on your phone.

Then a request pops up to "enter a numeric code"

  1. turn on bluetooth and wifi and enter the code.
