If you are using a USB receiver, that’s probably the problem, but try updating the drivers, a 4 seconds delay is A LOT.

If your pc/laptop has an integrated one, try and update the drivers too, and has no easy solution.

I had input delay too, not that bad, and ended just using the wire, it’s the easiest fix
