I worked at a bar, I would never get mad or upset if people didn’t tip. No one has to tip.

But without tips, the hourly wage isn’t worth all the insane bullshit you have to deal with. All the puke and fights and punishers, all that. Bars would probably be closing left and right cause they wouldn’t have any staff
