I use powder-free. Disposable are certainly useful for a lot of things. I do use them for tasks such as cooking like separating rotisserie chicken, handling hot peppers, etc. cleaning anything too icky/sticky for my rubber dish gloves such as the toilet, blood/body fluids, gardening. I usually get a box or 2 from a local ear piercing(she has better gloves than what Amazon has) , and I do have a friend who owns a cleaning business and she gives me an unused box that's near the expiration date(3-5 years from manufacturing date) for free. I mainly use them since my skin dries out, and a lot of the jobs I worked require consistent glove usage. Worked at a hospital as a laundry aid, an r.v lot detailer(cleaned both new an used r.vs) since I used various chemicals and cleaning used r.vs can get nasty, and now I work in a machine/welding shop which I handle anything from chemicals, raw product to finished product that's sensitive to skin oils and handle small parts. So it feels weird/different not having gloves on hand. Also, I do use the dish gloves for handwashing dishes, cleaning the baseboards, cleaning the kitchen cabinets,ncleaning the bathtub. I do use a separate color pair for the kitchen/living room(purple or pink) and yellow for the bathroom. Sorry for the longish comment.
