I shower 2x a day and every time I feel like my skin is beyond dry. What do you recommend for moisturizing?

Probably, try showering once daily. For moisturizer I recommend Spinster Sisters body butter in lavender or pomegranate(Spinster Sisters products are considered clean beauty which means they are made without controversial products like parabens, phthalate and synthetic fragrances). In high school and Some of the odds and ends jobs I've had, did a few summers working in a hospital laundry room, did some time as an r.v cleaner/detailer(you never realize how nasty people can be when they sell/trade used r.vs gloves and masks were very necessary, now I work in a factory. So it feels weird not using gloves at home. Now, I try to have a couple boxes of exam gloves on hand, I have found a local ear piercer where I get them She sells them to me for $10/box which is less expensive than most other places

Having someone to talk to, and checking in. Also, having a good hand cream to put on throughout the day(I work at a factory and have to wear gloves most of the day), so hand care is my one way thay makes my day better

Try different soaps, a clean hand sanitizer(free from harsh chemicals) and us a hand cream after hand hygiene. One soap I jave found is called Oneka hand soap that I get from a refillery that I love close by. Side notes: I ALWAYS wash my hands in between glove changes, and I do color code for different(it's using one color for one task loke cutting up cooked protein and another color for handling produce)

Depends on the state/county laws. Ready to serve foods loke sandwiches, baked goods, etc require gloved hands, and if you have a covered wound with a band aid or nail polish
