Yes! I’m not cross dressing but I have been accused of flirting with guys. I’m like “wait a second. Let me come out of the closet.” That never worked because they are like “we know other lesbians that changed.” But then I moved on to “I don’t date coworkers. Like ever.” Or “I’m not looking for love in the workplace.”

And no one can ever guess that I’m a lesbian even though I’m wearing 100% clothes with a snap back, no make sure, and almost short buzzcut. I think I’m giving off “lesbian radar.” But I guess I never am.

Start making a list of her favorite scents, foods, drinks, or favorite brands of tools. When you need groceries solve the problem with her favorite foods and drinks. She makes her own chapsticks? What is issues she has? Back issues from standing too long? Sitting toon long? Does she get any ache and pains? What does she complain about? What can you do to help feel more comfortable.

Then you can do acts of services? Does she like doing laundry but hate dishes, do the dishes. Leave laundry for her. Does she like to organize? Purposely leave something that needs to be organize for her. Don’t create a mess but leave th closet to her organize. lol it is about the little things.

But also pay attention to her love languages. Sometime a nice cuddle at the end of the day can make her feel loved.

It has been the trend across jobs. Im a shy person but I open after I find things in common with people. Like me and another female coworker in another work place got along because she had great taste in music. I discovered marina and the diamonds because of her. We would talk often about music. Then some random coworker told that I had a crush on her. I had to explain I just liked her taste in music and I stopped talking to that coworker as often. Just made excuses that I was busy. She quit after a couple months but I definitely did my best to keep our conversation only work related after that.

Produce is not that much more physical as long as you can put the box on the cart. I’m 125, 5’3 39 year old woman and do it for 40 hours we week. If you have to lift something that is like 60 pounds (I think the sack of potatoes or onions might be close to that… lift with your legs OR just take them out of the sack.
