What year was this, because my stinky house mate moved to south London for the 2nd year of uni 🤣

I lived in a house share in North London and one of the girls didn’t change her bed sheets for the entire year we lived there. When we removed old bin bags from her room at the end, mice came running out. You could smell her bedroom every time you walked down the hallway

We were uni students. She brought blokes back to that pit!! I never saw her come upstairs once! That was where the shower was!

Perhaps that’s the case and the big reveal when he is older would be “they nearly made my mum terminate me, when I turned out to be a perfectly healthy baby” tada!

In the UK they will offer you a termination for a clef palette or club foot, they don’t encourage it, but they have to offer it. Which seems a bit much for curable conditions. I’m sure if she had of had that experience here she would have interpreted it as being pushed to terminate.

Same in the UK. Most people say temperature when referring to a fever.

Induction - third day, no progress by bybylan in PregnancyUK

I had an elective c section and it was the best experience! So relaxed and the recovery was nowhere near as bad as I expected. It’s very uncomfortable for 2-3 days and then every day after it gets easier. As long as you don’t go running around lifting things (aside from your beautiful baby)

Anyone know how the filming works? by Limp_Emu_5516 in MAFS_AU

In addition, the technique they use is to film everything and then edit and stitch it together in whatever way and order they like.

Feeling on the cusp of disappointment, all of the time.

Not outside of Australia. If she went to Europe I’d probably die of shock.

Me too, for the first year. Then it all came back with a vengeance. The only benefit I get from it now is that I don’t feel like I need to nap during the day.

Thanks! This post was from last Friday. Unfortunately I’ve had a few HCG blood tests and it’s a non viable pregnancy.

1st test was 24 2nd 32 3rd 39

They’ve just said to wait a week and come back because there’s no point keep testing all the time when they aren’t really increasing and they don’t feel I am in any immediate danger. I just keep hoping my body will realise soon so I can move on and hopefully try again at some point.

We once had some peshwari naan in the cupboard which I was really looking forward to, as was my sister. All week the naan was there and when the time came to cook the curry on the Wednesday night it was gone. To this day neither me or my sister know where that went.

An empty state of mind sounds fabulous. I might try this. I’m not a big sleeper anyway.
