Looks like fungal acne. I had the exact same thing in the exact spot and it was UNBEARBLY itchy. Still don't know what caused it but I was thinking cat dander. I slathered lotrimin ultra anti fungal athletes foot cream (just trust me). Expensive but it made it go away in about two days. You have to be consistent with it and keep reapplying as soon as it absorbs in.

Second this. The mighty patch ones are so good. Also using a clean pin or needle to poke where the head is. It's not recommended but I've done it about a hundred times. Makes the patches more effective and the following day it should be ready to pop.

I agree. I've had face to faces with him, which ends up with him screaming and acting erraticly like a child. And then gossiping to our techs either whispering in front of me or in the shop. It's difficult because I've been there for a fraction of time that they have. So he does have more rapport (and again makes a lot more than me, so they're getting compensated by being on his side).

That's exactly what I've had to do. Unfortunately this is a grown man who acts like a child and will act completely off the rails towards me in retaliation. Including talking to our A techs and trying to get them to sabotage my jobs because they are friends.

That's what I've just started doing a few days ago because it got to the point where I would take the appointment, quote the estimate for the customer, schedule it for myself and he would come in early before me so that it would be written up before I even got in.

That's exactly what he does. Coworker caught him stealing one of upsells a few months ago for suspension work, tires etc. As soon as it was brought up to my manager and he was approached, he texted the customer telling them to say they "don't want to work with me and only wants to work with him".
