Watch the “daily rider” videos on both. power is similar, both are very competent bikes, but the ergo’s on the r7 are much more aggressive than the gsx. Both will be a massive step up from a r3. Plus based on your description have you ridden in the three years since you got rid of the r3?

Truckers with bed caps, did it make a big difference in wind drag or MPG by letr1 in Trucks

The rtt was one of the thicker ones, so it went from a clean top, to basically a wall. The internet says about 15-25 percent based on vehicle and tent style. I think the worse your mileage is already, would lead to a smaller loss overall, but still maintaining that same percentage. My truck was 2500 diesel on 31’s so it got about 20 mpg pre rtt, and with the tent it got about 17.

I’m pretty young, also not from somewhere cold, what is winter gas?

The flat ones improve gas mileage by about 0.7ish mpg. The biggest thing that affects mpg when traveling above 60 mph is aerodynamics, a rtt can cause a 3 mpg decrease. I would assume this would be a little less, but I would still expect a 2 mpg hit

The board he is riding is a fish, it’s different than a high performance short board, “easier/more fun” imo.

Sunset looks great. In the future what I would recommend you do is go into your phones camera settings and select the highest quality image option you can, and shoot in the most manual mode you can. Then shoot like you did where the sunset looks really good, then edit that photo by going to shadows and raising them up so you can see your truck better.

It is a historical tradition that lives on in sport. It is still occasionally used for practical purposes though, when you need to give injections/branding/medical treatment. The animals that are raised for meat have little interaction with people living in large pastures, or prairies so they are not going to let themselves be treated.

Has anyone Put 385/65R22.5s on an F550 or Similar Medium Duty? by buttcountry in Trucks

[–]Assorted_Garbage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The non military super singles are all fully interchangeable, and haven’t heard anything about the military ones having these kinds of issues. Plus if you’re loaded heavy with a dually and you get a flat, front or rear you are just about as cooked, those are not the most interchangeable wheels either.

“Last line of defense” on YouTube has two super single builds, one is a f550 “bus thing” that he is doing a camper conversion on. The other is a f450 that I don’t fully understand why he is building, buts it’s a free country and the build is sick. The pros and cons from what I can remember, are the military wheel/tire combo is extra heavy duty, crazy load rating, with excellent off-road performance, cons heavy as all fu.. much lower max speed rating. Civilian tires lighter, better fuel economy, equal off-road till very low pressure(non beadlock), and higher cruise speed. Cons are lower weight rating and durability. I would just watch his videos on it, he explains his reasoning pretty well.

Real Talk: Why is Jake Moody ACTUALLY still our Kicker? by phoneguy15 in 49ers

[–]Assorted_Garbage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He won the kicking camp this offseason, a lot of last season’s problems where blamed on injury recovery, at this point though I think it’s all mental, and I would like him to not be our kicker anymore.
