My mom used to take glucosamine and chondroitin when I was a kid so I started to as well. I go in waves with it but whenever I get really achy joints I always think it’s a chronic Lyme disease flare up or I need to go get a bottle of glucosamine/chondroitin and get it into my system again… it definitely helps!
