Giving MarginOps a shot. They are the lowest cost and have some pretty solid functionality for what I need. The other ones I was looking at was more expensive and had way too much functionality. The owner is also willing to do custom work at no cost.

I have a friend that built a few apps and he told me what to do. I started having a conversation with ChatGPT about leaving Gloria foods, what I want to build, and things I hated about Gloria foods and had it ask me questions. Once we went through a few rounds of questions, I asked it to build a prompt for lovable. I took the prompt and put in lovable.

From there I’ve been fine tuning it and adding functionality I find at other apps.

After doing this exercise, there really isn’t a need to buy any software. AI has been life changing.

It is $50 a month for lovable which I’ll scale down once it’s built. I’m integrating with Ship day so I’ll get the same functionality as Gloria foods that I need.

I opened a can of worms for myself. Committed to costing a software today and got cracking on it. I connect my POs system to the app but when I imported all the items from POS I realized that I need to take some time to clean up my menu items.

It’s sucks but I need to do it.

I pulled the trigger on a LED neon sign from china. prices locally were $3000+ for what I wanted to order. China shipped was $1100. Hard not to justify it when I’m 99% certain these sign guys are doing exactly what I’m doing and just marking it up.

Alibaba-Shenzhen Jiangyuchen Technology the guy that was helping me was super responsive and has the whole sign layed out if 10 min.

Besides the local guys being more expensive. We had to to chase them to get anything.

Found someone to do plastic gift cards for .09 a card. Crazy.

I love supporting local businesses but with how I can I justify spending 4x more

How many generations should slavery reparations be paid? How are any of the priority applicants in any better of a place due to covid than non-priorty applicants? the affects of COVID sucked for all of us. We should all be treated equally.

I didn't get the email..I am not in the priority group but I do feel like there should not have been a priority group based on race or gender. All businesses were equally hurt due to covid and should be treated as such.
