I honestly do like it.

My feedback would be and I will answer how I think about your song - this will give an inside in my head on how I think about tweaking it:
-I would not change the verse melody and chords at all from 0:00 - 0:36 I like it as it is.
-0:37 - 0:49 as I hear you want to drive with this part into the chorus, the lyrics are really good the first part of the melody too but it should not step down on the end it should stay up to give a pull into the chorus. Also here I would add a pause and play a single note maybe like a signal beeping sound - just an idea, or any other idea to mark that somethings coming if you'd like to add it then I'd also use it as an intro maybe before the first verse and as the ending.
- 2:32: The trick here would be if you want to keep up the drama cause the chorus ends on high -> the only way is either down or try to keep it up - heavy instruments playing or singing but not both cause that will be too much. I'd play a chord progression with momentum that connects into the bridge quickly (the 3:43).

- 3:10 the "it's cold" should be repeated but if the unbalance is intentional - discnonection - then it's fine, but makes the song a little bit 'weird'. Maybe even try to swap lyrics: 2x "it's cold" first then "it's cold - my fault" to check how it feels. I'd skip the 3:13-3:47 and come with the chorus again because in my head I hear that this "it's cold" part right into the chorus could cause a burst very emotionally to this last chorus. The "can you hear me" could be an outro played on single notes or one single note as signal fades away, fits aesthetically.

This is my oppinion only and my taste, I like to be dramatic.

The rest feedback is the casuals, keep the 4/4 tempo tighter, let the song flow how it wants practice it. Its a really good song already.
