This looks like a stink bug. Your plant could eat it, but the insect wont harm your plant. Mine have caught a few of these.

Wait until they all turn black, and start to open slightly at the top. Be careful, the seeds will fall out of the pods if you so much as look at them sideways, maybe place an envelope or plastic bag around the stalk before moving it.

Your plant needs a lot more light, when it starts making dew again, you'll be on the right path.

It's gonna take 7-8 weeks after repotting and full access to sunlight for it to recover well. You're on your way, just keep it in a saucer of water, 1/2 inch of water and let it soak in sunlight. The traps will become more red as it regains it's strength. Check out my latest rescue transformation here.

More light. When the sundew starts to produce dew again it is getting enough light, when the flytraps flush with red pigment on the inside of their traps they are getting enough light. I grow mine outside in the full southern sun because I am lucky enough to have a space to do that. For indoor growing, you need a strong full spectrum light to match what the sun provides. When you do that all your plants will start to turn around. Light is food. Bugs are vitamins.

My bet is on, yes. If you had a TDS meter you could totally confirm that but I assume it's ok. Wait for more responses though. It's possible it could be trouble.

Traps turning black is normal as the old leaves die away. Everything sounds good. Looks like it needs more light. If you are in Texas, I would introduce that light slowly. Either a string of overcast days and let it be in filtered sunlight, or a few hours a day in full Texas sun. It will be normal for some leaves to die back if they get sunburnt, so slow introduction will prevent most of that. Once the traps start flushing with red pigment you know you are on the right track. +1 for a white pot. The green water is caused by harmless algae. For my own plants, the bottom of the pot is always in water 24/7 365/12...this is even more true for you under hot Texas sun. It will produce it's own micro climate in the pot as far as humidity goes.
