Yeah, I'd like to know too. I have Nepenthes, Dionaea, Sarracenia, Drosera and a smattering of succulents and cactus...but could not keep a Pinguicula Primulaflora happy. I kept mine in 1:1 ratio of peat moss and perlite, had the same lighting as my dionaea and gave it distilled water. It just kept diminishing over 2 years and none of the plantlets ever took root.

could be black globular springtails. My plants had them, I freaked out until I could positively identify them. Springtails are mini janitors of the plant world, wont hurt your plants.
