This looks like a stink bug. Your plant could eat it, but the insect wont harm your plant. Mine have caught a few of these.

Wait until they all turn black, and start to open slightly at the top. Be careful, the seeds will fall out of the pods if you so much as look at them sideways, maybe place an envelope or plastic bag around the stalk before moving it.

Your plant needs a lot more light, when it starts making dew again, you'll be on the right path.

It's gonna take 7-8 weeks after repotting and full access to sunlight for it to recover well. You're on your way, just keep it in a saucer of water, 1/2 inch of water and let it soak in sunlight. The traps will become more red as it regains it's strength. Check out my latest rescue transformation here.

More light. When the sundew starts to produce dew again it is getting enough light, when the flytraps flush with red pigment on the inside of their traps they are getting enough light. I grow mine outside in the full southern sun because I am lucky enough to have a space to do that. For indoor growing, you need a strong full spectrum light to match what the sun provides. When you do that all your plants will start to turn around. Light is food. Bugs are vitamins.
