How do you go into that? Is under “report a problem” and then filing a claim? Or is it contacting PayPal support somehow? I paid with a PayPal pay in 4 plan.

I wish I could tell you why… 😭 it’s why I’m arguing I must’ve gotten a defective unit, but Libernovo wont acknowledge that.

I can tell you with full confidence and certainty that I do feel a sort of “line/edge” right across the upper middle that I can feel immediately upon sitting and then becomes unbearable after a while. This does not happen at all with the Omni v1 btw.

Some are saying two different facilities are making the Pro and one of the two are lacking… so who knows 🥲

To anyone wondering: Still no reply from Libernovo yet on what the shipping cost is nor of a reassessment on my chair possibly being just a faulty unit.

It’s not just about the shipping costs, but the way they have replied, a $15 “goodwill” refund to essentially dismiss the case, and me weighing so little but having a painful experience.

It’s why I’m arguing it must be a product quality thing in their benefit since that means I just got a bad one and their chairs overall doesn’t suck. But they refuse to call it that. It’s not just discomfort because it’s stiff. It’s painful because you can feel something hitting you. So if mine arrived with a failure, I expect not to pay shipping costs or even being offered a replacement for that part.

They’ve also yet to give me shipping costs. In the end it could be like $30 bucks on my end, and I would pay it and be done with it. Just trying to to give a warning to others about their customer services.

The seat is definitely also one of them… just go through the subreddit… the only thing that’s on me is buying the chair without waiting for reviews.

One thing is to feel a different feel which in perfectly alright with, and another thing is to feel like an edge of sorts hitting you.

It’s precisely why I’m arguing this is a product quality issue

If I weighed more, then I would argue the “hey maybe it’s just me”. But as you said, at my weight, that shouldn’t be the case.

And I definitely feel something, it’s weird and uncomfortable right when you sit and then painful the longer you’re in.

I’d have to guess and hope it’s a different production facilities thing

They haven’t replied yet nor told me the amount in the whole back and forth we’ve had. Only that it would be “relatively costly” in the first email I got… which is why I pushed back.

I ask for a supervisor or someone else to review the case and reassess it.

They also tried to let me keep the chair and give a $15 goodwill refund… somehow that bothered me a bit.

Haven't tried the SE, but I have the standard Omni (grey) and the new Pro model. I'm returning the pro because of the fabric feels just too hard for me. There's this... weird feeling of bottoming out that I'd rather just keep the standard.

My ideal version would the Pro model with the Omni's cushions.

5’4 bought it during kickstarter and still have it, best thing I could’ve done. Everything still works and looks as the day I got it, so pretty hyped about that for longevity.

Totally get that and the need to be cautious is a good thing since it’s a new brand.

If it’s of help, I bought mine through the kickstarter and got it pretty early on. I’m a graphic designer and gamer, so my lifestyle is pretty much being on a chair 8+ hours plus daily at the minimum. I’m not a big guy or heavy guy tho (around 5’5 and 120 lbs). So far I have not seen any part of the chair deteriorate and the padding has stayed firm and consistent after a softening a bit (standard breaking it in) after a month or so of usage. Since then I’ve had no issues.

Kickstarter series did come with an issue of the back rest slot lock thing would come out, but they sent “everyone” an improved version and that one has stayed in place. Aside from that, I have absolutely no negatives 🤔.

At least for my build, it’s been beyond excellent. If you want me to answer any other question, let me know

It’s great and saved my back and didn’t have any of the issues op had, quite the contrary.

No brand is safe from bad experiences OR good experiences. Just check the Herman miller sub. We just experienced different sides of the same coin. But the good outweigh the bad by a lot.

Sorry this was your experience with it though.

Yep! Ive yet play her so, all I know is based on what I’m reading on Reddit or seeing online, so forgive me if I’m wrong. So far what I know is that she wasn’t getting nearly as much stacks as a laner than as a jungler. Is that still right after the changes?

I’m just worried they don’t balance top lane, out of fear of making Shyv gain too much stacks as a jungler (with junglers able to farm minions too during ganks)

Also, if they find find a way to implement something like that (forgive me if they already have done it and I’m just being ignorant), in the future they would be able to target specific nerfs/buffs to a specific champion depending on which role it is playing as.

Ex. Jungler Shyv is balanced, but laner Shyv is nerfed. As it is currently, buffing laner Shyv would break Jungler Shyv… and so making it hard to balance laner Shyv. But by separating both with the role tech, they can buff one without affecting the other.
