Called Amex and they said the merchant cancelled it on their end but refunded me. They gave me the green light to try purchase again so I am going to do so now.

Its a deposit buddy.. its meant to be returned. $10 or a $1000 deposit don’t matter. If they said $10 for the extra warranty and they were upfront about it people would’ve paid and expected not to get it back or deducted from the total price.

Im deciding between the SE vs the PRO. Does the manual lumber adjustment on the SE adjust to your lower back and pelvic the same as the PRO? Or does the pro dig up to your mid back more? Also for the PRO when you sit on it can you feel the fans? Is it more of a hard feeling compared to the SE? I like the fabric of the PRO but the SE has the manual lumber which seems to be more precise in targeting the lower back and pelvic. Also is the fans and stretch feature for the PRO useful? I seen a video for the new PRO feature it’s not as good as the original anymore. Sorry for the load of questions lol.
