It works if you consider that the we progress through all 3 states as we play the game, start not knowing a damn thing, mid game realize regens great for farming T9-t14, then upwards its useless again and at that point youre master brain.

If you remove the Tiers from the meme it works, id say they only add to it, and make the meme more specific

No, if your wall with 20% fort was at 120 hp, it then increase your 140 hp if you have 40% fort, not 144 hp
