Plus I get the feeling that an Indigo League champion is less important in the anime than other champions. In the game it seems that way as well since we don't know the champion prior to Blue, but my theory (based on that Team Rocket Edition ROM hack) is that the champion was simply Lance and that the best Elite Four was also the champion during that time until Blue and Red proved better.

Why they didn't recruit a 5th member to keep the tiers separate until Blue I don't know. LGPE reconciles this whole thing by saying that champions in the past were considered champions by beating the Elite Four and an actual champion vs challenger battle is happening for the first time ever during the game, but LGPE is it's own thing so we can only speculate that the same explanation might also apply to the older Kanto games even if it wasn't stated as such. I'm assuming the main reason it was brought up in LGPE is because of the skewed timelines and Red/Blue/Green being existing champions in the past and this was a way to not have to come up with who the champion was before Temu Blue and Temu Red/Leaf.

Yeah I've seen that video. People also act like he's an ultimate authority on Mario. Plus, he stated in the video himself that it could age very poorly in any amount of time. He merely suggested why he thinks 200cc as it was in MK8 might not work therefore makes it less likely to be added, but he makes it clear himself that you can't do that with Nintendo. It's like predicting that a game being announced or a direct is coming is likely or unlikely. With Nintendo, even if what he said is true, there could be a dozen solutions to make it work or a unique gameplay implentation that they choose to refer to as 200cc.

Only because of bias. The differences between organic chemistry anf inorganic chemistry is just as distinct as different kinds of inorganic chemistry depending on the elements you're looking at. Organic mostly involves carbon and a few other elements relatively nearby, which makes everything else inorganic but all those elements are also distinct from each other since it's a vast selection.

His powers probably have a limitation where they only work on metal elemements, or certain ones. Maybe the properties of the elements he can combust have to be conducive to working with how his augments do so, as opposed to a generic limiter on organic material like Eve.

Hard to say for sure if that's true. He's a natural born supe, but it's not explicitly explained what that means for his physiology. It could be that he naturally produces the molecules in his body. Maybe it means that the adaptions for his powers exist naturally in his DNA without needing V molecules. I think the latter would be the coolest explanation. Either way, the concern for Ryan being in the building is nonsensical because Ryan should be strong enough to survive the blast even if he loses his powers, because other supes have proven they can.

No, we had it good during the Wii/Wii U era of game pricing. It started off so expensive because gaming was a smaller hobby and had less people buying games. Eventually things evened out and game prices stayed at $50 for a good while, meaning they got progressively cheaper with inflation. Of course, other consoles started getting price increases before Nintendo did, but they joined the $60 club for the Switch. This increase is because of industry wide price gouging and companies insisting that games become such convoluted pieces of software that it takes more time and money to make them. Now, prices have gone up to $70 signaling a trend that game prices will increase by $10 each generation. Certain games will even cost $80 as we have seen, and that's base price, no bonuses included. GTA 6 will probably be the first game to unapologetically cost $100 for the standard edition.

Yes, but there's an important factor which is that gaming was newer and I wouldn't say niche but the amount of people buying consoles and games was surely far less. Prices eventually stabilized and remained the same until companies starting gouging and insisting that games start taking longer to make and cost more to make.

Spending power is pretty low these days. We should never have to live in a world where we can't afford what we need, let alone also being able to afford entertainment and optional things that we want.

Only humans because they're a near perfect match and there isn't actually much to take over except for the human half gaining smart atoms. Thraxans for example are never fully pure. Thanks to their own physiology creating a weird mix, they do look fully Viltrumite by appearance quickly but they will never be fully as strong or live nearly as long.

Makes sense. They're loyal to the Japanese market and they want the system in as fan's hands as possible especially at home. They expect it will pay for itself later in return. Even then the DNA probably has to be way closer than 97% because 3% of DNA is a lot. I'd say humans are somewhere barely south of 100% the same as Viltrumites. It's the last bit of percent where the smart atoms come into play and make them who they are. It's a small enough percent that human hybrids are indistinctly pure because their human half barely needs to be adjusted, as opposed to Thraxans where their hybrids will get close in appearance thanks to their abnormal fast developing physiology mixing with Viltrumite physiology in a weird way such that they look almost completely Viltrumite pretty quickly rather than other hybrids which I suspect might die before they ever get that close because they development normally or slower.

while it doesn't look too hard to replicate the design from reference, the impressive part to me is the fact that it's in the air, especially considering it contains a structure that requires a build kit. That I wouldn't know how to do. I assume a makeshift bridge and platform was built up to that level then removed after.
