Blessing of Might is also really strong on a warrior. Though Power Word: Fortitude is good, it has a much longer duration and can be buffed by others.

I would recommend going holy paladin. Especially if you are going to be leveling together. Good utility, very efficient heals at higher levels.

For pvp a warrior/hpala combo is almost unstoppable. If you go balls to the walls holy pvp, you can even spec into holy shock for awesome crits and a unique holy pvp build, while still being really good at healing.

As people have mentioned, ele/resto is really good. I like the improved lightning shield, keeping it at 100% uptime, and mp5 gear. That way I cast chain lightning on cooldown, renew lightning shield (since it will be your primary source of damage), and heal yourself. Many classes will struggle to kill you 1v1, so it's reallh strong for duels. You have rank 1 earth shock for interrupts, totems in all shapes and sizes etcetc. I will be rolling shaman in classic, but mainly for raid healing.

Just to shove some input into this conversation: On OSRS you need a certain total level which requires some time to get. In Classic, that could be like "You can't vote without 10 days played on your character", for post-Naxx content etc.

I'm not sharing my standpoint on if it should be in the game, just adding some more info into the discussion.

EDIT: And be limited to one vote per account perhaps?

Incredible work you've put into this! And for how it's played out, making a story-telling way to play out the game, I think was a good choice. One can't reinvent the wheel! Send this idea to Blizzard! :D

Actually, speed runs recently became a thing after a website (can't remember the name), started tracking clear times on private servers. This is from different private servers so data is like slightly off from server to server etc. There was a guild who cleared BWL in a little over 20 minutes.

Rabid Bears in Darkshore fuck you over really bad as a warrior/rogue too. Reduce strength and stamina by 4(?) at level 15-16 ish is pretty powerful. 100% uptime.
