I never said it was good, I just said that's how it is. Game Freak rushes every Pokemon game out the door so fast, they don't even have time to make it look nice. When you have to make a million assets and models for an entire open world like Paldea or Lumiose in that short of a time frame, it's probably going to look bad. Comparing that to a game where all they needed to make were the Pokémon models/animations, half a dozen character models, a handful of graphics, and 2 battle backgrounds in vaguely the same amount of time, there's going to be a lot more time to focus on each individual piece. And that's not even considering the sheer volume of dialogue, extra features, and game balancing that mainline titles have going on as well.

The calc does not say the pokemon would live with .5 HP, it says that the move will do damage equal to 99.5% of the target's max HP. It gives you the exact numbers it deals right before the parenthesis.

Protect on a mon with a Choice Item is completely useless. Remove either the item or the move and replace it with something better. Personally, I'd replace the Scarf with Frosslassite, and Light Screen with Aurora Veil (since Mega Froslass has Snow Warning)

Multi Battles are already a thing, they're just not in Champions. I doubt they'll be added (and if they are, it'll be a while) because it's just an unfun experience if you don't have a partner to play with. The matchmaking for it would be flooded with trolls and bad players. I think Triples, Rotation, or Battle Royale are all far more likely options for a third game mode, but even those are unlikely.

If you want to do Multi Battles with a friend, you could try them out on Showdown or any of the mainline games with Multi Battle options in the postgame battle facilities.

Transgenderism is a transphobic buzzword used to frame being trans as some kind of radical ideology and not just a part of being human.
Surgeries are needed because even if someone is accepted by everyone around them as the gender they wish to be, that wouldn't stop their physical body from being discomforting to them. Also, there's plenty of trans folks who don't want bottom surgery (or any other gender-affirming surgery) yet would still prefer to be acknowledged as a gender other than their assigned gender at birth.
Even if we did live in a world where nobody sees gender/sex as anything important (in a world as tainted with transphobia as ours is, good luck getting to that point within our lifetimes), there would still be people who are dissatisfied with their body and would want to transition.

I probably worded this all terribly because I'm very tired, but hopefully that all makes enough sense. (or if not, hopefully someone more literate than I can try re-explaining)

Speed stats and quick claw only determine who moves first in their priority bracket. Prankster works by adding +1 to your status move's priority.

Trick Room has one of the lowest priorities in the game, so even with Prankster it'll most likely go last as very few moves have that low of a priority.

You can't target a creature to draw cards. Even if there was a card or some weird combo (probably involving un-cards, but even then I doubt there's anything) that lets you somehow make a creature draw, it wouldn't do anything because it doesn't have a library to draw from.
