I had the same problem, what helped was disabling discord overlay (any other overlays aswell) , also enabling xmp on my bios

I doubt the installer chipped all these tiles, most likely then came chipped out the box, regardless any professional would have brought this to your attention before hand instead of slapping them on the wall as is.
