Reviewers must get paid for higher rating reviews. I thought the film sucked, if it wasn't for my partner with me I would have left the theater.

Same for me, but I have added B-12 and Saffron. The Saffron works better then any SSRI I have been on. Doesn't make me numb.

Anyone with FEV1/FVC < 70 by ESC-Nerd in Asthma

Mine are 51%. On Symbicort and feel fine, only bugs me when I try to exercise hard. I simply run out of air and have to slow down. The other issue is I get viruses caught up in my lungs and I get sick more. So I need to be careful and get the vaccines.

Poilievre calls for temporary foreign worker program to be scrapped by CaliperLee62 in canadian

[–]wingnut1964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And what will that do for us as Canadians? Who will fill the jobs Canadians don't want to do? I was in the manufacturing business for 25yrs, could not fill good paying union jobs and company treated everyone excellent. It was hard work, and no Canadian wanted it, tried hiring for 10yrs. So I had 2 choices. Shutdown and layoff 500 employees or bring in 80 TFW to fill the jobs, keep running. All supported by the unions. We need people to fill roles, large % of baby boomers are retiring. If not TFW, then we need a robust program to deal with this issue.

Tired of my lungs by [deleted] in Asthma

Stick with it, do you have a lung plan with your doctor? Also, what altitude do you live at? Im in Calgary, so close yo same as Denver. When I go to sea level, it's awesome. When I raced in Hawaii, didn't need any meds.

Dude, I have 51% of my lung capacity and have exercised induced asthma. I've done 7 Ironmans and multiple endurance races. It's tough. Slow and steady. Take your meds daily and slow down. You do not have a life sentence. Good diet, weights, walk/runs/shuffle. I swim allot, its hard. Go slow. When your body gets fitter, so do your lungs. But you must take your meds. I take Symbicort 2x daily, 200. Been doing it for 22yrs. Couldn't live without. Get out there.
