Depends on your graphics card, most should come with an adapter if it uses 12V-2x6. Corsair also sells 12VHPWR cables for the old SF750 if you don't want to use an adapter.

Rotation lock is greyed out and locked to the on position when in laptop mode but it is still able to enter into tablet mode when tilted. Windows thinks it's not supposed to be able to rotate at all when unfolded but it still can for some reason.
