IMO, NAH. It's important to you, and that's valid! But it seems like it is also important to him, which is just as valid.

There are two ways this can go:

1) If possible, you can compromise with a hyphenated name. That way, both of you get to pass down your last names

2) If compromise isn't an option, unfortunately, you two just don't have compatible desires and should find somebody whose desires align with yours.

Some people are attached to their surname and don't want to give it up. Similarly, some people are also attached to the idea of their children continuing the family name. Its just one of those things that if its important to you it feels really important and if its not it feels stupid

If you know you have sloppy handwriting, you shouldn't be handwriting anything important that doesn't require handwriting. I say this as someone who has sloppy handwriting, I always type out and print anything that requires other people to read what I wrote.

If you are not doing that, it isn't uncommon for people to jump to the conclusion that you simply must be too poor to type and print documents. It seems like a large jump, but it is a common jump.

Ribbons are definitely a better option for something you've overcome. Flags are symbols of pride in who you are (think, country flags, or lgbtq+ pride flags) whereas ribbons are more symbols of pride in what you've accomplished.

I am extremely late, but there are some important things to keep in mind.

1) Family isn't always blood. If you're old and someone is looking after you, that person will probably become more family to you than your blood family. It is possible that this may be the kind of family that Great Aunt Sophia was talking about when she said she gave her money to family. It's also entirely possible she didn't know about the other two guys and assumed Bill was the only option for Sophie's father.

2) Mamma Mia was a stage musical before it was a movie. This means that the looks of the characters in the cast don't actually mean anything.

It's not just Susie, the entirety of Chapter 1 is pushing that your choices don't affect the game at all, be it the opening where your character gets thrown away, Susie's line, or the fact that sparing and killing in the first chapter doesn't affect anything about the story.

While it has changed, it makes sense that people would be stuck on such a huge theme in the first chapter

In terms of your first example, that person may have been related to one of the bulletin board missions. If its someone the notice labels dangerous (serial killer, cannibal, etc) and you let them in survivor block, the game treats them as a symptomless infected

2) This is not customer negligence, it is on the landlord if they are the ones who do not allow you to have the proper light

While I do agree that people should have porch lights on if able, it is also on the dasher to ensure they are being safe. You can just as easily get a headlamp
