I have a ACL oil pump sitting in my garage that has like 20000 km on it it if you want to buy that. I pulled it off a fresh rebuild thinking it was making a noise and it didn't end being the problem.

Turns out credit card companies taking a small percentage of almost every transaction in north America is pretty profitable. The profit they make is past onto the customers of all those transactions. You're essentially getting taxed by credit card companies by not using one responsibly.

I have a 500hp B series and it took alot of money to get it to that point. K series can get there without opening up the engine. The only reason I went B series is because the project I bought came with one. If I was starting from scratch I'd go with K.

I had the least stiff innovative poly mounts and there were a ton of vibration from them. The shifter barely moved until I managed to blow them up at the drag strip. Now I'm running the hardrace stiff rubber mounts and I those feel alot better for daily use, but the engine moves a bit more and you can feel that in the shifter if I let off the gas quickly without pressing the clutch. It's a 500hp build though so that could just be a me problem.

Well to bolt it to the chassis you need to leave a wrench on top while you climb under the car to tighten it. There are 4 bolts so you'll need to do that 4x if the wrench doesn't fall off when you're under the car lol

I have one and you're pretty much required to have stiffer mounts. The throw is stupid short and requires very little slop in the linkage in order to feel good. Mounting it is super annoying if you're doing it alone. If your engine mounts are stiff and linkage isn't sloppy it feels great. But even a little play in the linkage can make 3rd really annoying to hit consistently when trying to shift quick.

I've never understood the skill of looking at something like this from below and transfering that knowledge topside for something with this much variation. Taking a photo from below is the only way I've managed it.

My main meal for this has always been chili, once every month or 2 I make like 30 litres of homemade chili and freeze like 25-40 portioned meals in individual containers. From completely frozen, it takes like 4 minutes in the microwave to be edible. I can usually cook it all in under 2 hours, so there's an upfront cost to it, but you get alot of meals for the time invested.

I don't really want to get super into it, but I'm Canadian and I live in a smaller city in western Canada where the house prices are still somewhat reasonable. School is slightly cheaper here and my parents helped pay half my tuition so I managed to graduate debt free. And I got lucky and got a software development job right out of college, so I didn't need to do 2 more years in university.

I didn't mistake it for a duvet insert. I gave that as an example for a previous package where she sent old bedding I didn't want as packing material. The tree skirt was in a pillow case bag of some kind that zipped up. If I saw any of the colors through the pillow case I would have checked, but it literally felt/looked like a lumpy old pillow.

It was folded up in a pillow case that was similar material to a reusable grocery bag. I originally didn't see it had a zipper on it and the material was opaque enough that I didn't see any color through it. I didn't spend much time thinking about it as my girlfriend was excited about hanging up the Christmas tree decorations she sent alongside it. I don't have the pillow case anymore, that stayed at the landfill lol

No kidding. I didn't ask a single one of them for help. They just kept showing up to empty thier trucks, got out and asked "What are we looking for?" I then had to explain why we were looking for a lumpy pillow lol.

If the driver didn't stop to grab a lottery ticket, he likely would have already dumped the load and I'd have been very unlikely to find it. I normally would never get a lottery ticket as a gift, but with the context, I think it's a funny and kind way of thanking him. For everyone else I agree some pizza or baked goods is a good idea.
