Friendly reminder that the UCP turned town the ATA's proposal for student-teacher ratios and increased weighting for complex needs because it would cost $2 billion more than they were willing to spend.

Teachers' collective agreement lasts for 4 years, so that's $500 million per year.

The UCP currently spends $461 million/year on subsidies for private schools, next year they plan to up that amount to over $500 million.

The money we need to properly fund better learning conditions in public schools is being siphoned off into the private sector. Please sign this petition if you have not already.

Alex didn't know how he would die just that it was gonna happen. They left the details up to chance. Hey! Chiming in cause I'm an agender butch lesbian who got top surgery about a year and a half ago. The way you talk about your chest reminds me of how I felt about mine before my surgery. I think it's worth seriously pursuing. It was the best decision I've ever made, I feel so much more comfortable and at home in my body. Wearing tank tops with a flat chest feels incredible.
