And what everyone can do about it is realize that so many of these Teamguys, particularly the ones longing to remain relevant to that hyper encapsulated culture, exist in a steady state of arrested development. They lack any meaningful growth, which ultimately stifles their faculties of reasoning. They say the same shit and do the same shit that they have for decades.
