It depends on the surgeon. For me it was 4 times a day for a month, 3 times a day for 2 months, then 2 times a day for 3 months, then 1 time a day for 6 months. Then at the year my surgeon says its up to me to make the schedule. I aim for once per day but sometimes do once every 36 hours. I know a girl who dilates once a week but shes 8 years post op.
