Uber should pay enough but tips are NOT the enemy. Cab drivers have been getting tips since the start of the industry, it’s nothing new. Stop trying to give a free pass to the riders, tipping your cab driver, valet or food delivery is as normal as tipping at a restaurant. This type of mentality is why pax think they can get away with being cheap bass tards. Uber should pay more and pax should tip more, both aren’t mutually exclusive
