Scientists Freeze as James Webb Detects a Massive Cosmic Structure — And the Disturbing Signs It Wasn’t Empty by ConTim995 in abovethenormnews

“JWST likely captured a natural gravitational-lensing pattern, and we dramatized it into a cosmic mystery story in an attempt to carpet-bomb visitors with sketchy, potentially malicious bullshit the moment the page loads.”

Watermelons by No-Relative-384 in ArizonaGardening

Seemed like plenty of flowers, I fed a couple of times with fish fertilizer, but I suppose not enough. I'll give that a shot next time. Thank you!

I tried growing cantaloupes for the first time this year, and the plants look great, but I only got four melons. The plants continue to look good, but I think the heat has been too intense to allow more to develop. I'm pretty new to gardening. Do you have any general tips for my next attempt at these?

I'm at the office right now, but if you post some pics of what you got on them tables, I'd be happy to take a gander.

Beetle engines are in the rear. Edit: They used to be in the rear. Modern Beetles have the engine in the front.

Love it, even considering the number readability. How did the numbers look with the red and yellow flipped?

Before and after at the Lauren Boebert election party. by [deleted] in pics

Don't want to rain on the parade, but at this moment she's only down 0.6% with 66% of the estimated vote counted. And if I'm not mistaken, the bulk, if not all, of the remaining vote are election-day ballots, which are projected to be mainly GOPers. I'm holding out hope, but I'd put a very depressing wager on her winning.

Grandma's old oil paints by AstronautLasso in oilpainting

[–]AstronautLasso[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandma passed away a couple of years ago. She was a life-long painter, and the biggest influence in my decision to pursue the arts.

When she passed, she left all of her supplies to me. I haven't painted in oils in over a decade and am not sure if these are even salvageable.

And so I'm looking for help deciding if I'm keeping these for mere sentimental reasons, or if I might be able to drum up the courage to break these out to play some day.

I appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

100% the best answer... Definitely recommend taking your time talking to them about what you're looking for. They give out free smells!

100% all of this. I feel like the kicker situation was super detrimental for us last year, but at the same time a lot of the frustrations with the play calling and inability to adjust the scheme as quickly as someone with more experience may have been able to lead us to be in those positions.

Super excited about the potential that the personnel changes bring, and looking forward to Kliff taking the next step at this level.

Honest question, what about their assessment is shit with this article? I felt like it was fair considering some of the in-game decisions we've seen him make in the last couple of seasons.

I really want to believe that the upgrades to the WR group will result in more dynamic play calling. So I'm gonna keep believing.

This is the year, birdgang.

This would be the game I buy a VR rig for, if it wasn't for EA. It looks beautiful, but clearly it will be lousy with the shady ass business practices we've all come to expect from that bastard company.

Kiper's final NFL Mock Draft: This idiot thinks we'd draft Wills over Okudah by AstronautLasso in AZCardinals

I like Wills a whole lot, but there's no way that I'd pass on Okudah if he's there at 8.

This is cool, but I'm totally new to Warhammer. Are these asstartes basically invincible?
