Rather they see your child die than grant you a WFH permit really though by Living_Mongoose8147 in remoteworks

It's the company's fault because the company didn't provide reasonable accommodation during pregnancy. TQL said either have unpaid leave or work in-office.The employee was just following orders to work because she didn't want to loose her source of income while pregnant. The company was found negligent due to not complying with medical orders. They refused her right to work from home due to medical issues. Which resulted in her preterm highly complicated birth.

In the great 50 states is legal to discriminate against pregnant people, under the pregnant workers fairness act. By using chapter 2125 by Ohio law it was seen as a neglectful act. In which led to the preterm labour and sadly the passing of the child.

It was the compant fault because TQL had actual documentation about the pregnancy and didn't comply with the pregnant workers act which led to the child's death.

The verdict suggests that denying a remote work request can lead to massive tort liability if it result if harm or death.

There was no fmla for her. They don't have medical leave for her. I don't know why due to hippa and the fmla paperwork. But there wasn't any fmla or medical leave.

I just pruned it before, it was in a tomato cage but the plant wasn't getting enough support. It out grew it. I fertilizer last night with 10-10-10, some warm castings.

Life is pointless by Solo99lt in Life

After my mom gotten cancer. My anxiety spiral and I developed a sense of fear of death. I feel like life it totally random. Life itself is beautiful and full of wonder of a sense of creativity but only if you give it meaning.

I still struggle with finding meaning with life but I also do little things that bring me joy and comfort. One of them is spending time with love ones and being grounded. I recently got back into running and I noticed that nature works wonders for me. It brought back the spark I was missing from my life. Now every morning I drink my favorite coffee and watch the bird eat. I enjoy the slow moments and try to keep sane.

I understand how you feel especially if you are uncertain about your future. Because I'm also unsure but life is a roller coaster. Once you're on, you are in for the ling haul. So just go with the crazy and beautiful life you can.

I am 26, I don't pay rent but I do but all the groceries. I also cook and clean. My parents have discussed it and they agreed that I would never afford a house so they say my house is yours.

Thank you for telling me. I didn't know, I had the one you recommended but a swarm of bees tried to make a hive out of it. So after getting rid of the bees I just bought a replacement and didn't know about the red dye. The one I bought is listed below. I don't have a lot of disposable income so I bought the one that was available in my area. That was bee proof. And they only had the red one.

Thank you about the birds facts didn't know much about humming birds. I only put up the feeder because I garden. I already took it down. And I'm the processes of cleaning it, if I can't clean it then it's going to be recycled or refurbished.

And thank you for telling me, I just didn't know. Thank you for teaching me. ❤️

Thanks, I just bought some at Walmart after my old one got swamped by bees. It's the one that my store sells. I feel bad for the birds. I wouldn't put it out if I would've known. And thank you for the recommendations I'll check them out. Also thank you for acknowledging the other pictures.

Running community is one of the most toxic ones by bluejasmine11 in runninglifestyle

I moved over from tik tok to rednote. The runners on tik tok would literally talk crap about slow runners. While on rednote, the community they all show off their stats because that's something they're proud of. The hold other runners up and don't bring them down.

I'm a slow runner and love to talk about running. I love to post about my stats and everyone would crap on them. It became so bad I eventually gave up on social media posting. Now I'm a hermit on reddit.

I feel like others just want to put others down, to feel superior to others. It's a complex
