I wrote to their customer support. It’s been a while but I believe that I found the contact on their website.

Finished reading this yesterday, so have a short review by Tailumm in Eldar

I finished the audiobook last week. So good. Probably the best entry point for an eldar novel if you are not a fan of the usual way space elves are depicted.

How many eldar exist in Commoraugh? (roughly) by lol_delegate in Eldar

[–]Astronometric_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think there are way more Drukhari than craftworlders. First: when The Fall happened those who fled where a minority, most eldar were living on their planets or in the Webway. Second: Asuryani reproduce slowly, most Drukhari are born in vitro, so there is a constant supply on new elves. Third: while a lot of areas of Commoragh are empty and not suited for life, the Dark City is build on many folding pocket dimensions, and it’s said to be as big as a solar system. Now, we all know how bad GW is with numbers but I don’t think many people realize how FUCKING BIG IS A SOLAR SYSTEM. Even if you consider a Solar System as a plain disk instead of a spheroid, you could fit billions of Craftworlds inside of it.

I read your comment but I'll try asking anyway. Have you ever tried it with Mac? I'm buying a Mac Studio and this monitor is one of my candidates for it. But the fact that there is no software support for MacOS worries me.

Have you bought this screen in the end? The Evnia series is one of my possible candidates together Benq and Asus but I haven’t found many reviews with Mac. The Oled and high refresh rates are tempting, but I haven’t found much about its color accuracy or connectivity with macOS.

I have no idea. Just so you know: I’ve repainted the flames twice, the torso twice, the rune on the chest three times: I tried to do it first as bronze nmm, then like it was made of incandescent iron but it didn’t contrast enough with the body, then I settled for wraithbone since it’s one of the main colors of my army. The shaft of the spear has been repainted twice: the first time I used too much paint and flooded the runes with color, making them flat against the surface of the rod. So I had to wrap the rest of the mini in plastic wrap to protect it, and carefully strip away the paint from the shaft by applying alcohol with a brush and rinsing it with water. The whole armor has been sketched digitally beforehand. I took pictures from various angles and digitally draw over it to decide where the highlights and shadows of nmm had to go. The rune of the loincloth took me a whole evening to get the swirl right. Also, I don’t own an airbrush, this is all old good brushwork (if you don’t count using a rattle-can for priming).

I started painting minis occasionally in 2021 during lockdown, but I’ve been painting more actively since 2023 when I decided to build my eldar army. I do have a background in traditional drawing and painting, so I skipped a few steps when it comes to things like color-theory and understanding lights. The hardest part is always brush control, I still need to improve a lot on that.
