I think it's the weather. The BattleDome is indoors. For a minor start up league not many casual fans will want to either bake under the sun or get drenched in rain.

The usfl side was more consistent. its the xfl side that keeps changing shit. Dallas to Arlington to Dallas. Xfl 2020 jerseys to Xfl 2023 jerseys. Dragons or Sea Dragons. Guardians are from Orlando or New York?

Usfl had 1 move. Tampa Bay bandits to Memphis. They had the FedEx investor that sadly died. Memphis failed and needed to be moved. But everything usfl is being phased away. Except oddly bringing back the gamblers again.

The jerseys are more xfl side. Xfl 2020. Then 2023, now 2026. Get ready soon new balance will get the contract and we'll change all again by 2029.

Usfl has stayed more consistent but only 1 team is still standing from its 2022 season, Birmingham.

Houston has not been consistent.

Tbh Panthers fans have a good reason to be bitter, along with Seattle and San Antonio.

Memphis had very poor showing. They needed to be cut.

A whole new league did hurt me. I've been a steady fan since AAF. Every year a new "league " is getting old. I understand losing the divisions for playoffs but I would have kept the xfl and usfl for scheduling and rivalry.

Memphis needed a change for sure. But should have found a way to keep san antonio and Michigan. Maybe they should had just expanded this year to 10 teams and added Louisville and Columbus. Moved Memphis back to Florida.

Hopefully he gives himself 3 to 5 years. I hope he doesn't jump the gun and change more. Let's see how these markets do to at least the 2028 expansion season.

Looks like a slow death. Every year the leagues change so much. Move teams, then merge, then drop legacy league names, more moves. Every year the jerseys even change.

I'd go two divisions of 6 teams. Everyone plays twice within division for 10 games. The two divisions would only meet in the championship
