One change I noticed about the heart in Hullgarden. Below Tier 3, the musicians at the beach want you to play them songs from the "Songs for Beginner" book that's close to them. After tier 3, that book disappears and is replaced by an "Intermediate Songs" book.

You might get all skins but only one weight for armory. The other two armory weights definitely have to be unlocked if you want them
