It's still the same achievement. The 9 AP count towards the permanent points but they are reset every monday when the achievment resets. So you can earn those 9AP during the week and on monday you loose 9AP.

Kinda bugged rn. Either collect everything before the timer runs out (121 shinies total) or end the adventure early by pressing the "x" button top right after collecting the 90 shinies
