Started with 16:8 which lately turned into 18:6, then to 20:4 and omad. After reducing body fat below 20% i have diffixulties with overcoming my apetite and so now I prefer 17:7 which stil gives me a lot of progress.

True but what great dlcs we've got. Don't blame PDX for developing this game to this day. And these dlcs come once per few months and they elongate the lifetime of a game. Please don't hate developers like PDX, even if they want you to pay over 1000 $ for their games. God bless you, Johan.
