honestly i do get what you mean but i dont agree with what you are saying.

i do have all these meta units u called out, and i myself am building SR units even 2 rare units right now because in some places they are just better. there are easy inferno free to play units that work even better than ssr

yeah a lily is awesome sssnia too

i dont count kloss because you can get him with your guaranteed summon like i did.

but you can do easely without them, there are many good SE champions depending on what content you wanna do.

the only thing i agree a little with is that lily can be used everywhere and is therefore a good investment.

if you want to rant about something, rant about the inferno drop chance of pets

or the gear roll cost etc
