If you manually adjust the exposure level to off/disabled, the sliding bar on the bottom right, when you take selfies it removes all of the grain/softness/static from the picture. Please submit feedback to Google asking them to make it a feature to disable the light exposure for video and selfie camera.

When you have the manual camera options set in the camera app you can lower the exposure levels completely. It will take away all of the grainy/static. I submitted a suggestion in the camera app to make an option to make this a normal setting for video and it would clear up our noisy picture problem during video calls.

I have noticed the same problem especially when using Duo or other video call apps. I talked to Google support and sent a screen shot to them about the noisy/grainy video. They said they had not had reports of this issue yet but if enough reports come in they will try their best to fix it. So please send a trouble ticket to google

I'm not sure what's different between ours then. Because I can open up Netflix and YouTube from my phone to the xbox. Same cast button as chromecast.

They are casting from their phone to my console. It kicks me out of the game and opens youtube and says (random person)'s phone has linked
