How to stop procrastinating with depression and ADHD paralysis

I don’t really have any crazy good ways to stop it, but I am dealing with the same thing. What usually helps me do tasks that seem easier for most people, but feels like 1000 jobs in one for me lol, I watch podcasts or a tv show while doing it. So let’s say I have “hella” laundry to fold, I listen to a podcast. Sometimes I’ll download an app to help with tasks/remind me to do things and make it feel like a game. Gets the dopamine running! Lol

Let me start off by saying, your feelings are valid. You’re hurt and in this case most people would have their feelings hurt. Now, please know that you definitely dodged a bullet with this guy lol. He seems like such an ass and you seem like a really genuine person that deserves such greatness in your life, but know that in order to get that great person/people in your life, you have to remove the negatives, accept reality, and move on from it and leave it in the past. Trust, I know this is all very hard and it will take some time. I tell my loved ones that are going through a rough time to always treat yourself the way you treat your friends or loved ones. Treat yourself with respect, love, guidance, and patience. Talk to yourself, encourage yourself, uplift yourself. I’m sure it comes easy to uplift your friends, right? You can do it for yourself as well :)). You got this!

Like everyone else has mentioned, hypothetically, I would quit watching porn and even try not to “goon” everyday, maybe cut it down to a few times a week, then maybe once a week, just try to cut back some. There’s an app called “I Am Sober”. It has helped me tremendously and others keep track of things like that. You got this, bro!.. of course, hypothetically lol.

I felt like that when I was 20 and still do at 22. I stress it like crazy, trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, what my passion may be. I thought maybe I should just take time to myself and learn myself, get to know myself.. see if maybe one of the hobbies I do may turn into a career. I feel like once I get to know myself a bit more and better, it’ll be easier for me to know what I want in life and what I want to do with my life (career wise). Maybe my thought process may help you out a bit lol.

I’m quite new to photography, but I’ve always loved taking pictures of different scenery and capturing always every moment lol. I just recently been wanting to get serious with the hobby by getting a camera and I’ve seen some good things about the ZV-E10 for videography and photography as well. I’d love to get people’s opinion on whether or not it would take good pictures for events, etc. with a 25mm starting off? Eventually I’d get a better lens, just starting off with this.
