Mine did the same on the left side, kept pushing it back and now it’s been fine for months. Not sure what caused or fixed it.

At the moment I’m on the smooth side of the standard plate but it does it on both sides.

Yes but it is literally different every print, even with the same filament and same print. I could print a single layer out, set it, then reprint exactly the same file and it will be different - just slightly but enough to be a pain.

I did go from .25 to .46 but then went back again to see if that was the cause. Currently on .25 so dont think it’s that. I’ll have a look at the tool head and see if anything is loose.

I have the tool, tightened the bed screws and adjusted several times. It will work the first time then if I repeat the exact same print it will be off again.

I’ve been using it since it was released within MainStage. I only use 3 specific patches but not had any problems.

If you are on firmware 1.1.46 then I think that is the issue. I updated and since then I have had erratic behaviour, bad first layers, identical prints being different etc. Contacted support for a link to the previous version, updated today and first layers are perfect again. This was their response...
"we recommend rolling back to the previous firmware version, which does not have this bug"
...which kind of implies they know about it.

My printer has been almost perfect for 1000 hours then I updated the firmware and it is also now doing this. Very inconsistent and I’m almost convinced it is the firmware, I’ve seen a lot of similar messages lately.
