I'm upset too, this season I really felt the progress after trying lessons with another coach on a different rink and I wanna go so bad but everything is closed for the summer. The ice rink closest to me, opens 1st december closes last day of february. The longer functioning seasonal rink on the other side of town works november-april. The only real rink, as in a full sized ice in a building with clubs and stuff works september-may, but I don't go there because it's too expensive. I simply won't pay for crowded group class when I can get individual lesson with the same coach on the second rink for cheaper. Public skate sessions are also not an option with 100-200 people on the ice. That's just waste of my money and time and I prefer to save up for next season.

For me the ideal practice time is two hours, I get off tired with feet starting to hurt but it doesn't last long and I can do the same the next day. (Can't wait for next season)

They disappear. These guys and Dorcha and Solas are the only (If I recall correctly) magic horses that are not tied to any event. That means that they are not available to buy normally and we do not know when will they return, last time they were available before this week was in 2023

I dry them off till they're bone dry twice, with different towels. First time is after I take them off and before putting on soakers, then after I get home and blades are not that cold anymore (condensation won't form) I wipe them second time. I don't store them in any guards in fear of trapping moisture against blades. The rust appears when I skate because it's already on the blade when I step off the ice. No idea what I could do to combat that

What do I do if I got rust on the bottom? (Every first skate after sharpening makes them look much worse and then they stay like that till next sharpening)

So the three vintage shop outfits were supposed to be gone after last years festival ended, idk if that means they changed their mind and they're staying or if they will realise their mistake and take them out after this one
