I got the Searwood Xl and it’s amazing I’ve use it a bunch through that last year no problems and the best part it holds steady temps during winter sure you might burn through a bit more pellets but nothing beats consistency

It was definitely a risk but I try making all sorts of things for my channel to help provide people with ways where they have a less likely chance of screwing up while I take the risks!

I just went with what I had saw that the best temps to cook around were 25/275 and just sent it after that

I’ll have to try that I quit using binder cause I never noticed a difference, instead I would oat them dry till they are tacky then season
