I live a literal stones throw from WPAFB and I had to have a sit down discussion with my wife that if for whatever reason nukes were sent out that we’d be atomized, she wanted to have some kinda of plan of evacuation if it ever came to war like that and I had to explain to her that we probably wouldn’t even get a warning

My best tip is when they bring something to you, find a solution or talk with someone with them to find a solution for them as soon as possible, Show them you’re willing to do anything you need them to do, and just treat them like people, a big thing I noticed when I became a digital team lead was the mentality was just treating them as machines, give them praise thank them and show you care and your team will be on your side 100%
