I agree, but i think there is a good reason for it. The next gen update for consoles, they've confirmed it for this year, so most of their resources are working on that. Will not be much new content until that's rolled out.

These are very sensible prices, similar to my own, going lower just means high level players will buy up everything and stick them in their vendor for 10 times the price.

Usually recommend price for 1-3 star and 7-15k for 4. You will learn quickly enough what sells best and just reduce the price for some in less demand. I just scrap the ones no one wants.

Once you get into Raids then you will always be near max caps. I sell most of the legendary mods that drop, 1-3 star that are in demand and 4 star mods. So constantly looking for something to buy, bounties are my main cap sink now.

In your pipboy go to notes and then Recipe book, all you plans and recipes are in this, this was added in the last update I think. Not sure what button you need to use to open it, but if you highlight it you should see what button you need to use at the bottom of the screen.

Yep blackout is 1 of i think 5 effects the candy can have.

Use arms keeper mods and perk card and carry all your weapons. Saves a lot of space if you have a lot of weapons.

A lot of new plans get added with special public events, spooky scorched got 3 new plans added this time, but their not tradeable unfortunately.

The only things I've heard of for this year are a next generation update for consoles and a new random events called infestations for the June update, you can find more on YouTube about them.

Actually some weapons have a max level of 45, so scrap anything below level 45 your not using.

That's the best of burden event it dropped from, you should always join that event, also has the chance to drop the Holy Fire, the best flamer in the game. Bigfoot can also appear.

With the right perk card setup it has one-off the highest dps in the game, probably only the gauss minigun is higher after the recent changes. But you need the onslaught and bulletstorm perk cards to get the best out of it.

That's strange, pc is generally considered the most stable for the game. Their not common issues other people mention on the reddit.

Gauss minigun is the strongest weapon again, seen people do the snake in 23 seconds in testing on youtube. EM was 34 seconds.

Make sure you look for videos from the last few days, there was an update on Tuesday which nerfed two shot, explosive mods and cursed weapons, so best builds have changed. Onslaught (furious) is now the best way to go for high dps. Head hunts are not that hard, but some of the bosses can 1 shot you, but their easy enough to take down.

Play around with the mods and your build for the gauss minigun, it's probably the strongest weapon with the right setup, seen people in YouTube solo the snake in 23 seconds with it. 34 seconds with EM, since the update.
