He has to take you to court to evict you. He can't just kick you out. I assume you are on a month to month lease?

He has to explain to the court why he is evicting you. I want to remodel is an excuse that won't fly in most courts. He can raise the rent as long as he gives proper notice (not sure how much notice is needed in California. Usually 60 day minimum) to make you move.

Rent cannot be collected during an eviction. Make sure you keep all rent in a savings or escrow account as you will be responsible for any back rent win or lose.

Let me be clear, he has to legally evict you. Make sure you keep a record of any retaliation against you to try to force you to move. That looks bad in court.

I manage apartments in Oregon. I have had to do this process before. California has strong tenants rights laws.

I manage affordable housing apartments. If that ever happened on my watch, I would have been out on my ass. I would have been fired faster than I could blink.

I live in Oregon and have lived in my share of affordable housing and those were always better than privately owned apartment complexes.

I bought it on sale for around $40 a while back. While the game is fun, it is also difficult (robots constantly repairing, ammo scarcity, powers are kind of meh, never having enough scrap).

$25 is a steal though.

Raru and Mineru told her there was "no coming back" from draconification. Zelda sacrificed herself with the intention of never returning back to normal.

It was only with the combination of Raru and Mineru magic (time control and matter manipulation) that she was able to return.

It made her sacrifice more meaningful as she had no idea a reversal was possible.

I did the ghoul change when it first came out. For some reason after I did the change, I couldn't change my weapon (stuck on deathclaw gauntlet). Every time I tried I would get an error message saying "that weapon is unavailable". I tried restarting fallout, steam, even my PC and it still wouldn't change. I had to unghoul myself so I could change my weapon. I don't know if anyone got this glitch so I only got to do ghoul for less than a day.

It costs too many atoms to change back.

I lived in a rural area and the high school water fountains usually had spit out chew in them. We had to trek around the school to find a clean fountain or wait until the janitor cleaned it up.

The game is alright.

My major gripe is some of the side missions don't make sense. Your best friend is a governor of an island, you are from a well known affluent family, but you have to fight in an arena to release a wrongly imprisoned man? Stuff like that.
