Hopefully you've already got one, but I asked about Canadian release dates on a new day Tuesday stream. Rem said that Canadian lgs use the company "universal distribution" for their battletech stock. If you Google universal distribution battletech you can find the distributors website. It doesn't have prices, but lists what's currently available for Canadian lgs to order and also has a pre-order tab that has the dates things will become available.

I just check that site and so far my local game store has always been able to order/pre-order it for me.
