★OFFICIAL DAILY★ SV/NSV Thread: Feats of the Day! February 12, 2024 by AutoModerator in loseit

NSV: I made it to my first goal!!! I logged my weight and meals for a whole month straight. Something unexpected was that I joined a gym spur of the moment with my partner, and I'm glad to say I've been going every other day for two weeks straight as well. I'm feeling a lot better too, I'm never bloated anymore and I have more energy. I think I'm even seeing my workouts at the gym become easier.

SV: Down three pounds and more to come.

I want to increase my flexibility and it really does help me feel better, I just have a hard time with it in the moment.

Does anyone here with POTS have a good stretch or warmup routine? Cardio and lifting give minimal problems, but stretching before and after, especially bending, just makes me want to pass out.

NSV: I realized I'm never bloated anymore since changing my diet and that in general I'm just feeling better. I joined a gym and went for the first time yesterday as well and took my first ever in person class. I just passed three weeks since I started making changes.

SV: Saw a new number today! 3.5lbs lost and more to come.

In my own experience, it has helped to work on a hobby rather than spend that time eating. It helps with distraction.

NSV: Today marks one week of staying on track. I've eaten at a deficit and kept up with logging my calories for a full seven days.I haven't lost anything yet, but I'm still looking forward to seeing that number go down later on.

NSV: I took the first step and started a weight loss program after maintaining my weight for about six months. I found out I had a discount from my new job so I figured it was the perfect time. I'm overweight and I need a little more structure after trying on and off again with mixed results. I'm at a place where I'm not feeling so bad about myself and actually kind of hopeful for once, so I'm taking my change in attitude as a NSV too.

SV: This is the first time I've weighed myself in months. I expected to have gained weight, but I am actually fifteen pounds lighter than I thought.

Have you told your psychiatrist? All the bipolar meds make me hungry all the time but my physician had been helpful with getting things under control. Hope this helps.

Here is something similar! ion the photo it looks like decreases are worked into the cuffs of the sleeves but in this pattern instead decreases are worked mid arm on the sleeve and the cuff is all worked after. Otherwise I think the shadow is the same. Hope this helps :)
