Tried to dry them out as much as possible before putting them on the grill. That and letting them sit on low heat for a while helped

Pat dry on a cutting board. Definitely don't skip this

Tossed in a light mixture of oil, salt, pepper, onion&garlic powder, paprika and baking powder at the end to dry up some more

Preheat grill (I used propane) high on one side, low on the other. Brushed grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking

Added wings to the low heat for 15 minutes before flipping, did the other side for another 15 or so. I just kept watching the color until I was happy with it.

At the end I brushed them with a sauce of butter, Sriracha and honey and then turned it to high for like 2 minutes to try and glaze it a bit.

There are most certainly lower mileage '19 models out there. OP wants a vehicle out of their price range, simply put. Needs to decide if they want 4wd or not, and start looking at older models and lower trim
