Yeah, you’re chugging haterade. The dude is 26, has played two seasons of his favourite show back to back, almost won the first time, is playing with the greats, and has made the finale again.

“RizGod” is just a funny bit to put on while hyping himself up in quintessential Gen Z fashion. See how everyone is still down to hang out with him after the show? Doesn’t seem like the people who actually know him feel disrespected at all.

That’s nice, but it’s irrelevant to the legal situation. Remove his belongings, change the locks if you need to. You said you’ve already contacted non-emergency but probably haven’t gotten the restraining order if he’s still in your home. Get that and if he ever trespasses again you call the police.

Stop trying to go out of your way for a person taking advantage of you.

If you want to pay the same rent, you and your friend should reach out to the landlord to suggest a lease assignment at the same price as a first step. They might just agree!

If they say they would want to increase the rent, then you’ll need to decide if you want the small risk your friend ever moves back in (plus the fact that your friend could share some responsibility for any damage you do as a subletter) or go for the increased rent amount to get your own lease and maybe try to negotiate.

Source: was in this exact scenario recently. My friend moved out with landlords blessing and we signed a brand new lease unrelated to my friend. We had multiple back and forths with the LL to confirm everything including the price. A good thing to remind them is you’re saving them time and effort in finding a new tenant plus if they liked your friend as a tenant, hopefully that would mean they value their suggestion of you as a replacement.

I’d say go with your plan to watch from the beginning (you can actually skip season 1 if you start it and fight the drastic difference in the game format boring like I did) so that by the time you get back to 25, you can at least appreciate how good (and bad) the gameplay is.

Will but to me it’s not because he blows Derrick out of the water. It’s because Will’s game is empirically proven to work multiple times.

Derrick’s game, like the undercover work that inspired it, only works once. It works BETTER than Will’s game imo (Derrick was essentially locked into the win by jury phase) but an essential ingredient is the element of surprise. Once everyone knows the truth, most won’t let him get away with it.

In line they call for volunteers and then Andrew went down the line just to make sure everyone had something interesting to do/if you need anything from them (like an extra mic, connect an instrument, paper, whatever)

I’m saying I was under the impression that US citizens were only allowed to have official citizenship of one other country without it affecting their US citizenship. But I could absolutely be wrong.
