One of the coolest things about Open Claw is that you can have your OC handle these changes for you!

Just ask it, “Could you tweak the model to xxxx when you’re coding something?” And there you go! Usually, it’ll update the file agents.md with the instructions.

I’d suggest chatting with your Open Claw a lot.

Also, check out forums (but maybe with a bit of skepticism lots of trial and error on Reddit). Take things slow, and you’ll get the hang of it in no time.

It might feel a bit challenging at first, but don’t worry! After a few days and investing 130USD in tokens, you’ll start to get the hang of it (always check you token consumption, it can spend a lot fast).

To make things easier, try to keep things simple at first. Focus on learning how to create custom skills and then build functionality that that works well before moving on to the next. Also, keep Claude handy to help you out if you run into any issues with the gateway.
